A specialised high-performance cricket academy for committed Year 8–9 players based in Christchurch.
This 12-month programme provides a structured development pathway for players who want a deeper coaching relationship and a consistent high-performance environment.
The 2026 programme includes:

Two 5-day live-in training camps across the year

Regular one-to-one coaching sessions

Winter training, in-season support, and school-holiday development blocks

A long-term focus on skill development, tactical understanding, building confidence and resilience
Strictly limited to 10 players.
Players are selected through an application and trial process.
