Ben has been a professional cricket coach in New Zealand for the past 23 years catering for youth players through to international representatives. He has gained significant and diverse coaching experience all over the world and is extremely passionate about assisting youngsters to chase their dreams. You may have come across some of Ben's cricket coaching tutorials online. In 2015 Ben launched a YouTube channel and Facebook page called My Cricket Coach to assist players and coaches across the globe. The online platforms received more than 100 million video views and reached around 700,000 followers.

Ben has specialized in the youth coaching space for the past 23 years. During this time Ben has worked intensively with 76 players in their development years who have gone on to play provincial representative cricket, 21 of whom have made the professional stage.
